Flamengo 22-23 Home Kit Released - Revolutionary Design Scrapped
The Flamengo 22-23 home kit was launched today, February 18, 2022. It will be debuted in the 2022 Supercopa do Brasil match against Atlético Mineiro on Sunday.
Originally, Adidas planned Brazilian club Flamengo to have a bold and "diferentão" home shirt. The scrapped design will serve as the third shirt for the 22-23 season.

The traditional red and black stripes feature a 'wave' design, alluding to the red-black flags fluttering in the stadiums.
The sleeves are black, just as is the collar. The sleeve cuffs are black and red. A special patch on the lower right features a flag that reads "“A Maior Paixão do Mundo” (The Greatest Passion in the World).
Template-wise, the new Flamengo 22-23 home kit is identical to the 22-23 home shirt of Bayern München.
White shorts complete the Flamengo 2022 home kit.
