The move means that the 2026 World Cup in North America will be the final tournament for the long-standing partnership between Adidas and Algeria. Adidas has been the Fennec Foxes' supplier since 2015, a relationship spanning over a decade.
This is not the first time Puma will be supplying Algeria's kits. The German brand has a history with the North African nation, having been their supplier in 2001 and, more famously, during the 2010-2014 period, which included the 2010 and 2014 World Cups.
The duration of the new contract between Puma and the Algerian Football Federation has not yet been announced.
