Polish "Futboholik" Michał Mączka (@futboholik1947) has created an infographic that showcases in which European countries Adidas or Nike supply the kits for most teams.
In the Top 5 leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1), Adidas only wins the battle in the Premier League, while Nike wins it in Italy, France and Germany. Adidas and Nike supply the same number of teams in Spain's La Liga.

Michał Mączka also took a look at which brands are present in the Top 10 UEFA countries, revealing that there are 13 different Italian brands present.
