Following the lead of Atlético Minerio, Fiorentina and Dortmund among others, Corinthians launched a kit design contest at the start of this month. After the initial vote, they've narrowed it down to three final options. Check them out below.

Leonan Porphirio's design received 24.11% of the initial vote, Kaique Sena came second with 23.05% Leonardo Fojo's off-white proposal got 18.11%. will we see the same pattern emerge in the final vote?

Corinthians' new kit contest is called "Manto do Corinthians" (that translates to "Kit of Corinthians"). The concept is remarkably similar to the famous "Manto da Massa" (kit of the masses) fan-designed kit of the Brazilian team Atlético Mineiro.

"Manto do Corinthians" - Corinthians 2023 Fourth Kit

Corinthians today opened a vote for the fans to choose the winner of the contest "Manto do Corinthians", which will result in the team's fourth shirt for the 2023 season.

Fans can choose from eight fan-designed shirts. The eight finalists have been known since September, but now the final designs of each have been revealed, which had a 'helping hand' from the team and Nike.

Oddly, seven of the eight kits are black, while one is cream-colored, letting is stand out from the others.

To participate in the vote for the Nike Corinthians 2023 fourth kit, you need to use the Universo SCCP app.

Voting for the "Manto do Corinthians" will be available until November 14th, 2022. The three finalists will be announced in November. The final phase for the vote is scheduled for the first half of 2023.

Corinthians will get three further kits in 2023 - the 2023-24 home and away shirts are traditionally released around April, while the third kit comes out in the second half of 2023.
